Yes, all of our frames can be fitted with prescription lenses. Please note that the prescription range may vary between different frame styles. We kindly recommend checking with a licensed optician to ensure that your prescription is compatible with your preferred frame.

Intended Use
Your ANNA-KARIN KARLSSON sunglasses are designed to provide certified protection against solar ultraviolet (UV) radiation while delivering exceptional visual comfort for everyday wear.
They are not intended for:
- Direct observation of the sun
- Artificial UV or laser sources
- Mechanical impact protection
- Industrial safety use
- Night driving (unless specifically stated)
- Swimming or prolonged exposure to water
Driving
Most lenses are suitable for daylight driving. However, Category 4 lenses and lens code NB500 (used for Claw Plume-Rouge) are not suitable for driving.
Cleaning & Care
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your eyewear:
- Clean with the included microfiber cloth.
- If needed, use mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Avoid paper towels, abrasive materials, solvents, alcohol, perfumes, hairspray, sunscreen, or other acidic or chemical-based products, as they may cause the metal finish to oxidize over time.
- Always store your eyewear in its protective case when not in use.
- Keep away from excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, and unnecessary moisture.
Crystal Craftmanship
The signature crystals featured on many ANNA-KARIN KARLSSON designs are applied by hand with exceptional precision. Crystal craftsmanship is highly specialized and requires meticulous attention to detail, which is why very few eyewear brands work with crystals at this level.
While every piece undergoes careful quality control, occasional crystal loss may occur with regular wear. Should this happen, please contact us through our Warranty Request Form, and we will do our best to assist you.
Product Lifetime
The lifespan of your eyewear depends on frequency of use, care, storage conditions, and environmental exposure. With proper care, your ANNA-KARIN KARLSSON eyewear will preserve both its performance and craftsmanship for years to come.
All products purchased directly through our online store are covered by a
two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. For products purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly for warranty assistance.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, alterations, normal wear and tear, or other conditions outside normal and intended use.
If your claim is approved under warranty, we will, at our discretion, replace the product or provide an equivalent solution. The warranty covers two-way shipping related to approved warranty claims.

We process and dispatch orders with DHL during our regular service hours, Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM CET, excluding Swedish public holidays. All orders are shipped from Sweden, Monday through Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped to the United States are fulfilled from our US warehouse and are not subject to additional customs charges.
Estimated delivery times:
- European Union: 2–3 business days
- United States & Canada: 3–16 business days
- Rest of the world: up to 10 business days
We offer a free return service, provided that you return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, all item(s) must be returned:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- With all original tags still attached.
- In the original branded box, which is considered part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This helps ensure your return arrives safely and in suitable condition.
Once we have received your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to confirm they are in their original condition. If approved, your refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
