Order Processing We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM CET, excluding Swedish public holidays. All orders are shipped from Sweden unless otherwise stated.
Free Worldwide Shipping We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, worldwide, no minimum purchase required.
Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Orders shipped to the United States are fulfilled from our US warehouse and are not subject to additional customs charges.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- European Union: 2–3 business days
- United States & Canada: 3–16 business days
- Rest of the world: up to 10 business days
